BrainStory (BS) - What is "Quinta das Tílias"?

Quinta das Tílias (QdT) - We are beekeepers, we know the fundamental role of the bee in the ecosystem and what bees have to offer us. We keep our bees, we extract all the products from the bees, we prepare them for consumption, and we develop products valued by including the benefits of the hive.


BS - What led Quinta das Tílias to move towards an online presence? And to invest in E-commerce?

QdT - We want to keep a continuous connection with those who recognize the importance of our work and have an open window to those who still don't know our purpose.

 

BS - Fairs vs. digital store. Pros and cons related to this type of products.

QdT - In fairs the direct contact with the public is irreplaceable, but momentary. Digital technology breaks geographic and availability barriers, increasing the auditorium to which we propose and allows a regular contact.


BS - How do you see the changes at the business level since Quinta das Tílias has E-commerce?

QdT - We will certainly improve our offer and learn more, over the years the inputs from customers have been decisive to our offer, by broadening this spectrum we expect to excel in the future. On the other hand the contact of the public with our identity has increased substantially, which in itself will increase business opportunities, translating into an increase in billing.


BS - How would you describe the relationship/proximity with clients in digital territory?

QDT - Continuous and permanent, a constant link is generated with the public by sharing our activities, principles and motivations.


BS - How does BrainStory contribute to an effective digital presence?

QdT - It is the key partner, it has been able to impact and touch the public leading to a reinforcement of the brand.


BS - Do you think that the storytelling of the brand on social networks reflects its positioning?

QdT - Symptomatic of that is that today we have more and more clients that know us and have contacted us through social networks


BS - Does the storytelling leverage the relationship of proximity between the brand and the people?

QdT - No doubt, through storytelling brands have the possibility to clearly transmit their purpose and creating and reinforcing close relationships.


BS - What new features can we expect from Quinta das Tílias?

QdT - We have a permanent investment in research and development, so internally we live in constant expectation to present new products. During the pandemic limitations we were even more focused in this field, we are now ultra excited about the next times and the next products.
